Frans obtained his B Juris et comm and B.Proc degrees during 1983 and has been practicing as an Attorney since 1985, specialising in Personal Injury Law.
His practice has since expanded to Nelspruit, Polokwane and Bloemfontein as well as a partnership in Pretoria and Nelspruit with a compliment of 17 dedicated attorneys and more than 70 well-trained staff. Between Supreme Court adjournments, the healthy macadamia nut market attracted his attention and since 1993, on a beautiful farm in the valley of White River, he produces his fair share of integrafolia nuts.
Dr Nakedi Mathews Phosa

Mathews is a prominent political and business leader in South Africa.
Mathews qualified with a Bachelor of Law degree (Mercantile Law) from the University of the North (BProc LLB (UNIN)) and later was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Law Degree (PhD (HON) in Law) from Boston University, Massachusetts, USA in 1995.
Mathews is a prominent political and business leader in South Africa. He played a key role in the negotiations that led to the peaceful end of four decades of apartheid rule in 1994 and ushered in a democratic government.
